手工電弧焊條，在焊前必須進(jìn)行可靠的烘焙除潮，這是保證焊接質(zhì)量必不可少的措施，焊條的烘焙傳統(tǒng)的做法是：先置高溫烘箱中烘烤一段時(shí)間后再轉(zhuǎn)入低溫烘箱保溫待用，這樣勢必存在著轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)不便，管理麻煩、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度較大，容易混淆焊條牌號(hào)，破損藥皮等缺點(diǎn)，我廠根據(jù)焊接界的新要求的本系列烘箱較好地克服了上述缺點(diǎn)，它具有以下三個(gè)特點(diǎn)：

  (1)一次能設(shè)定二個(gè)溫度，高低溫自動(dòng)切換。

  (2)采用高效低耗的遠(yuǎn)紅外加熱技術(shù)。

  (3)它改變了傳統(tǒng)烘箱的外形、以柜式取代箱式占地面積小。專門用于長度≤450毫米的各種焊條的烘干。如御去擱板后也可作其他加熱烘干之用。

  外殼和烘干室(可用不銹鋼)均用薄鋼板制成，表面噴涂烤漆及高溫銀粉漆，夾層之間襯填保溫性能良好的硅酸鋁纖維。

  加熱元件全部采用不銹鋼加熱管加熱效果好，溫度均勻。感溫元件采用K鎳鉻-鎳硅熱電偶，SME系列溫度調(diào)節(jié)儀進(jìn)行測溫，控溫顯示溫度直觀;恒溫的時(shí)間控制由0~12小時(shí)控制，工作的電流電壓分別有儀表指示。

  (1) Two temperatures can be set at a time, and high and low temperature can be switched automatically.
  (2) The far infrared heating technology with high efficiency and low consumption is adopted.
  (3) It changes the shape of the traditional oven and takes up less floor space by replacing the box type with the cabinet type. It is specially used for drying various welding rods with length ≤ 450mm. If the shelf is removed, it can also be used for other heating and drying purposes.
  The shell and drying chamber (stainless steel can be used) are made of thin steel plate, the surface is sprayed with baking paint and high temperature silver paint, and the interlayer is lined with aluminum silicate fiber with good thermal insulation performance.
  All heating elements are made of stainless steel heating tubes with good heating effect and uniform temperature. K nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple is used as the temperature sensing element, SME series temperature regulator is used for temperature measurement, and the temperature control display is intuitive; The time control of constant temperature is controlled by 0~12 hours, and the working current and voltage are respectively indicated by instruments.
