為了保障生產(chǎn)安全，生產(chǎn)企業(yè)針對不同的生產(chǎn)工序已經(jīng)制定了一系列的操作規(guī)程，包括設(shè)備使用與人員工作等；

工作中須遵守本操作規(guī)程：

  1、工作前須檢查電氣開關(guān)及線路，溫控儀、時間繼電器及烘箱外殼的接地是否完整，經(jīng)試驗合格后放可投入使用。
  2、烘箱附近不準(zhǔn)放置易燃易爆物品，并保持周圍環(huán)境整潔。
  3、須經(jīng)常檢查烘箱的蒸氣導(dǎo)氣閥，保障有效可靠。
  4、送焊條進(jìn)烘箱時，須切斷電源。材料取出后須加強烘箱內(nèi)檢查，防止焊條或雜物落在電熱管帶電體上，造成短路或觸電事故。箱內(nèi)物品不建議放置太擠，以免影響熱風(fēng)循環(huán)，造成溫度不均或發(fā)生其他不安全的隱患。
  5、焊條烘焙的時候，操作人員不要離開烘箱的周圍。烘箱的各個參數(shù)設(shè)置須由專人操作，并根據(jù)所烘物品的不同工藝要求設(shè)置相應(yīng)的各項參數(shù)，其他人員不得擅自更改。
  6、須保持烘箱內(nèi)整潔并仔細(xì)檢查清理烘箱內(nèi)電阻絲旁的氧化皮。
  7、烘烤結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉烘箱電源，打開烘箱門，待物品冷卻后方可取出，防止?fàn)C傷。
  8、注意其容易發(fā)生危險的范圍內(nèi)人員和其他事物的安全。經(jīng)常保持箱內(nèi)的清潔并保持箱外地面清潔。不宜將過重的物品放入箱內(nèi)。定期校對溫度控制儀溫度顯示是否超差。從烘箱內(nèi)取出已烘物品時請戴好防護(hù)用品以免燙到。

4. Cut off the power supply when sending welding rods into the oven. After the materials are taken out, the inspection in the oven must be strengthened to prevent welding rods or sundries from falling on the electrified body of the electric heating tube, causing short circuit or electric shock accidents. It is not recommended to place the articles in the box too crowded to avoid affecting the hot air circulation, causing uneven temperature or other unsafe hazards.
5. When baking the welding rod, the operator shall not leave around the oven. The setting of each parameter of the oven must be operated by a specially assigned person, and the corresponding parameters shall be set according to the different process requirements of the baked articles. Other personnel shall not change them without authorization.
6. Keep the oven clean and tidy, and carefully check and clean the oxide skin beside the resistance wire in the oven.
7. After baking, turn off the power supply of the oven, open the oven door, and take out the items after they are cooled to prevent scalding.
8. Pay attention to the safety of people and other things within the scope where they are prone to danger. Keep the box clean and the ground outside the box clean. It is not suitable to put overweight articles into the box. Regularly check whether the temperature display of the temperature controller is out of tolerance. Please wear protective equipment when taking out the baked articles from the oven to avoid scalding.
